Peninsula Encounters - half day tours (all)

Within 24 hours : NO REFUND (100% charge) or rebooking at no extra cost if availability permits.
Child policy - As this tour duration is approx six hours, the tour does not suit all children. Children under four free of charge
Wild Coast Explorer & Cruiseship Exclusive Tours
- Within four weeks but more than two weeks - 50% of fee.
- Less than two weeks - no refund.
- Once the tour has commenced - no refund with the exception of any prepaid optional activities not available • Cruise ships only - no charge made if ship unable to dock.
INTERNATIONAL (Borneo & Africa)
10% deposit on booking - refunded if reservation cancelled at least 180 days prior to departure date.Negotiable between 180 days and commencment if replacement client not available.
Payment Policy
Peninsula Encounters, Wild Coast Explorer & Cruiseship excursions
We do not require payment at reservation time - your credit card details are for reservation security only. Payment will be taken on tour date.
Borneo & Africa
10% deposit on booking - Balance due six weeks prior to departure.
Peninsula Encounters pickup & dropoff
If you have not indicated a pickup point ( usually your accommodation ) It is assumed you wish to be picked up at the Dunedin Visitor information centre at address - 1 The Octagon (Dunedin city centre).
Overseas tours
As per itinerary.
